Directions for use: Adults begin with one capsule twice daily.  After one week increase to 2 capsules twice daily.  Take with food.

We use cyanocobalamin in nutritional supplements because it is a stable form of vitamin B12 which the body readily and easily converts to methylcobalamin.

The tiny quantity of cyanide in cyanocobalamin is insignificant and does not pose a threat to health.  Tiny quantities of cyanide are found in some foods, such as apple seeds, and also bitter almonds, which may have anti-cancer properties.
