• Delivery is FREE for all orders over $150.00
• Delivery is $10.00 for orders under $150.00
• Express Post is available on request and is a flat rate of $15 per order.

• Delivery costs are calculated using the Australia Post rates according to weight and destination (see Australia Post Calculator).
• This will be added to your invoice total on checkout.

• We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post.
• Orders are despatched from Sydney within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3 - 7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
• International customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.
• Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country.
• Export restrictions - there may be difficulties shipping to South America or Middle East, so check with your local customs.

Please choose your products carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund (excluding postage paid), exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.
